Shelley Loft
Shelley has been a Union Carpenter since 2004 and earned her STSC certification in 2019. She has since earned her CHST credential, completed OSHA 510, and continues to pursue additional certifications while working toward her Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree.
In 2025, Shelley joined the Lew Crew as Safety Director, where she supports field safety, oversees office safety programming, and leads the Site Safety Representatives (SSRs) who help keep our crews safe and support foremen on jobsites.
